Location: the hotel was close enough to shops in the center of Kennebunkport, the center of the carpet, and Kennebunkport centre & harbour. Besides, it was 5 mins walk from Colony Beach. The room was huge and brand-new with the comfortable chair and comfy bed, for instance.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with a spotless bathroom and updated amenities. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops in the area and the charming older part of the inn just a stone's throw away. Plus, being right across the street from Mabel's Lobster restaurant was a big plus. The hotel facilities were great, and I especially enjoyed the beautiful view from my room. The staff were friendly and professional, always greeting me and offering assistance. I also loved the convenient parking and easy access to the seaside, which was just around the corner.

The inn is very nice and the people were very friendly. The view of the ocean and river were fantastic. Happy hour on the lawn was exceptional.

There are stairs and no elevator. Continental breakfast was good but not great. Hot breakfast was available off of their menu.

I really loved my stay here since the room was nice and had a great view, and the bed was absolutely lovely, one of the best I've experienced in all the 4-star hotels I've stayed at.

i like the location it was very nice but not for what they charge i tought it was abit to much, the room was nice but again they really over charges for wht they offer.

It has huge and big rooms with a view of the front drive, clean carpets should be cleaned plus a great bed. The location is great and lovely, 1 mile from Saint Ann's Church.

This hotel has a great location right in the center of town, with lovely partial views of the inlet. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, especially the beds which were great for a good night's sleep. The breakfast included freshly made waffles which were a delicious way to start the day, all while enjoying the beautiful view.

This hotel is pleasantly located near the estuary and beaches, with a great coastal walk. The modern and cozy atmosphere makes for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the views of the ocean, river, and boats are impressive. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable with a nice surprise of fresh towels and bottled water from housekeeping.
